The role requires international manufacturing managerial experience, preferably from electronics, and in depth understanding of Six Sigma, Lean and 5S. Thorough understanding of a complex supply chain will be important. We are looking for candidates that have strong commercial understanding and interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver results in a global working environment. You are well experienced in managing complex manufacturing processes in a structured manner combined with strategic and innovative approach. The Director of Operations will report to CEO.
Candidates should have a higher level academic degree. Experience from EMS industry or a multinational company with relevant manufacturing/supply chain set-up is required.
